Built-up felt roofing is a well-established method of weatherproofing that uses modern bituminous membranes. Systems with high SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) content produce an elastomeric felt that is designed to move with the thermal fluctuations of your building, which in turn increases system life-expectancy. The modern high performance felt roofing can be installed using ‘pour and roll’ or torch-applied techniques. We also offer cold-applied felt roofing which doesn’t use hot bitumen or gas torches.
