DWP Sutton Coldfield

We were delighted to be awarded the refurb project of DWP Sutton Coldfield working in partnership with Seddon Construction and the Department of Works and Pensions. The project consisted of the complete strip of the existing natural slate roof, insulation and tile felt and existing timber battens. We installed a natural slate roof to ensure the building was up to current U-Value regulations.

We were also responsible for the designed scaffold, as a company we were responsible for the complete scaffold and roofing package. As you will see from the videos and photographs, ourselves, Seddon’s and Department of Work and Pensions were delighted with the end product.
